A tribute to the best and one of the most emotional episodes of any animated series that aired since the first of Walt Disney. I cannot describe how heart-wrenching this episode was, and I couldn't cry in front of my siblings as they would never believe that a mere kid's show would leave such an impact on someone. I loved the Ice King from the very first episode I watched of AT, and this just proves that he is by far the most developed character of the show.. such a beautiful man.
I believe the strongest aspect of this piece is older Marceline's tears. I had the most fun drawing her, since her emotions in this episode were so strong She just has to embrace the fact that Simon Petrikov is gone, and it will take more than just sobbing to bring him back from what he has become...
Oh God I can feel the tears rushing back! Excuse me while I isolate myself in the corner... ;A;

Wow. This image is just so moving. I saw it the first time on you tube in a video and since then have spent a while looking for the original image, and now here it is! It is a very touching picture that I believe shows how even when in an insane state of mind, Simon (Ice King) is still able to comfort Marcy in times of need. And yes, older Marceline is the best part of the picture. Her face just perfectly show her emotions. Also the way she is clutching to Ice King is so impactful. The minute I saw this I favorite. NatalieSaly, PLEASE continue doing Simon and Marcy art. It is amazing
Oh no here it comes...... I had to stop myself from crying when watching I Remember You and Simon and Marcy. This picture is just so...emotional. Bravo. Bravo. Just seeing Marceline's tears...it makes me want to cry. This picture is packed with emotion...good job.
That time Simon crying because he knew that he'll lose control... This time, Marceline crying because the man who always besides her when she was child couldn't remember her... So sad~
